MBT, Managing Building Technologies provide a unique service to architects, consultants, interior design companies and the lift / elevator industry by supplying the widest range of metal finishes used in construction today. More importantly, the company provides comprehensive technical support throughout all stages of a project, whether large or small.
Building designs have become increasingly complex and provision of such advice has taken on far greater importance as architects seek ways to enhance building aesthetics for interiors and external application and achieve a higher standard of sustainability. MBT also provides physical samples to architects, consultants when required and work closely with them from the concept stage of a project which gives a better opportunity to get our products specified for different applications like lifts, elevators, thermal insulation, waterproofing, green roofs, and interior & exterior façade application on a project.
Our ability to supply materials in collaboration with our partners with the likes of Rimex Metals UK, Owens corning group USA, Reppel deck from Netherlands, EVOK Panels UAE, Elzinc Spain and Aurubis from Finland who are some of the leading manufacturers and have a global presence since decades. With our base in Dubai, it enables us to ensure that we are working closely with the architects, consultants, interior design companies & the lift and elevator industry in the ME region.
With space at a premium in major cities, vertical transportation through elevators and escalators is increasingly important and remains a key focus of our business. Elevator doors, cabins, architraves, or control panels all benefit from the specification of our products. Beyond the elevators and escalators, themes and high-end details can be achieved throughout a building whether for hotels, residential projects, retail outlets, transport hubs, museums, or educational facilities. Our range of products are used to create impact from reception areas to column claddings, signage to wall coverings, ceilings to flooring, and there is something in our range of products that will satisfy every taste and application.
